Soft Tech Junior Terms and Conditions

Welcome to SoftTech Junior! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, classes, and interactions with SoftTech Junior. By enrolling in our programs or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Enrollment & Eligibility

  • SoftTech Junior programs are open to children aged 9 to 17 years.

  • Enrollment is subject to availability and successful completion of the registration process.

  • All students below the age of 18 must be enrolled by a parent or legal guardian.

  • We reserve the right to accept or decline any enrollment at our discretion.

2. Class Format & Delivery

  • Classes are conducted online and/or offline depending on the program.

  • Students are expected to join classes on time and actively participate.

  • Recorded sessions may be provided for revision or in case of missed classes, subject to availability.

  • We may occasionally update class schedules, curriculum, or instructors as needed for quality delivery.

3. Code of Conduct

To ensure a respectful and productive learning environment:

  • Students must be polite and respectful towards instructors and peers.

  • Disruptive behavior, offensive language, or misconduct may lead to removal from a session or the program.

  • Parents are encouraged to monitor younger students during online sessions for support.

4. Fees & Payments

  • All fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the course, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Payments are to be made via approved methods such as Razorpay, UPI, bank transfer, or cash (for offline centers).

  • Fees once paid are non-refundable, except in cases of program cancellation by SoftTech Junior.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • No refunds will be issued for missed classes, absenteeism, or withdrawal after the program begins.

  • SoftTech Junior may offer make-up sessions or rescheduling at its discretion.

  • In rare cases where a class or batch is cancelled from our end, full refunds will be provided.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All course materials, presentations, videos, coding exercises, and documentation are the intellectual property of SoftTech Junior.

  • Sharing, copying, or distributing our materials without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

  • Students may use the materials for personal learning purposes only.

7. Privacy & Recordings

  • Online classes may be recorded for internal training, safety, or quality control.

  • By enrolling, you consent to the recording of classes your child attends.

  • No recordings or screenshots may be taken by students or parents without permission.

8. Communication & Notifications

  • SoftTech Junior will communicate important updates via WhatsApp, SMS, email, and phone.

  • It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to ensure contact details are kept up to date.

9. Website Use & Restrictions

  • You agree not to use the SoftTech Junior website or platforms to:

    • Violate any laws

    • Harm, harass, or impersonate others

    • Upload viruses or disruptive code

    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or content

We may suspend access if any misuse is detected.

10. Disclaimers

  • While we make every effort to deliver high-quality programs, we do not guarantee any specific academic results or performance outcomes.

  • Programs and availability may vary by region and are subject to change without notice.

  • SoftTech Junior is not liable for any technical disruptions beyond our control (e.g., internet outages, third-party app failures).

11. Limitation of Liability

  • SoftTech Junior and its instructors are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage arising out of class participation, use of materials, or third-party tools/platforms used in the course.

  • Our liability, if any, is strictly limited to the amount paid for the program.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
